Hi, I’m Jarryd Harvey, a Doctor of Chinese Medicine from Melbourne (Naarm). My own struggles with chronic health issues, especially digestion, first led me to Chinese Medicine, and it completely changed my life. Since then, I’ve trained in Australia, Taiwan, the US, and India, and now run a busy practice helping people improve their health naturally.
This course brings together the same tools I use with my patients - Chinese dietary therapy, acupressure, mindfulness and lifestyle practices, so you can take charge of your digestion and feel your best.
Dr. (TCM) Natasja Fox is a highly trained holistic therapist who has done extensive training in treating a range of health issues including digestive disorders, hormonal imbalances, allergies, autoimmune disorders, and thyroid and adrenal conditions. The first Zoom will take place on the Wednesday 8th October at 8AM Sydney, Australia time. (AEST). Tuesday 7th October 2PM Los Angeles, US (PDT), and 10PM London, U.K. (BST) time.
*please note these times will change according to daylight savings.
Classes will be held consecutively at these same times (Wednesday mornings in Australia and Tuesday in the US / UK for 6 weeks until the 11th / 12th of November.
